On March 7, Capehart Scatchard workers' compensation department attorneys Jaclyn Terranova and Saikrishna Srikanth, along with Bonnie Galam, founding attorney of The Galam Firm, presented a CLE titled "Religious Diversity & Inclusion."
Capehart Scatchard workers' compensation department shareholder Ana-Eliza Bauersachs served as moderator for the panel discussion hosted by the diversity and inclusion committee at the firm.
The participants provided an overview of the laws protecting religious diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Additionally, they reviewed relevant case law pertaining to religious accommodation and what happens when the freedom of religion conflicts with other protected rights.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
