Elected and Appointed
Attorney Louis Hockman has been appointed co-chair of the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) committee of the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA).
The MBA will launch a mediation program for civil disputes this spring.
Hockman recently received mediator certification from Cornell Law School, and he has engaged in graduate level study through the program on negotiation at Harvard Law School. In addition to the MBA, Hockman is a member of the Association for Conflict Management, the Pennsylvania Bar Association alternative dispute resolution committee and the Cornell University panel of neutrals.
