Flaster Greenberg attorney Krishna A. Jani was recently appointed to co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's cybersecurity and data privacy committee.
In this role, she will work with the committee to analyze cybersecurity issues and educate PBA members about legal, regulatory and industry standards that preserve the confidentiality of protected information.
The committee also advocates for best practices and legal and regulatory requirements to prevent, detect and mitigate data breaches.
