Business and corporate law attorney Anthony Gruzdis has joined Flaster Greenberg as an associate in its business and corporate law department.
Gruzdis will be headquartered in the firm's Philadelphia office where he will focus his practice on business and corporate transactions including contract and agreement drafting, mergers and acquisitions, financings and general business representation.
Prior to joining Flaster Greenberg, he was an attorney at Fisher Zucker.
