Three months into her new role as director of equity, inclusion, and belonging, Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott's Danielle Mundekis has created an Inclusion Council, setting forth the goals of diversifying recruiting efforts, increasing retention and developing a direct pathway for attorneys to connect with leadership regarding diversity and inclusion concerns.
