Fox Rothschild recently welcomed Aaron S. Mapes to the Philadelphia office as a partner in the firm's environmental department.
Mapes works with private equity real estate investors and energy and industrial businesses, among others. In addition to guiding his clients on the environmental aspects of real estate transactions and on regulatory compliance issues, he guides businesses through all stages of complex environmental litigation filed in state and federal courts and in appeals before administrative agencies.
Mapes also assists clients with issues that arise during brownfields redevelopment and building renovations, helping businesses navigate complex regulatory schemes and develop cost-effective remediation, abatement and waste management strategies.
