Health CareSt. Mary Medical Center and Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic was hit with a wrongful death lawsuit on March 29 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit, filed by Youman & Caputo on behalf of the estate of Edward J. Salvadore, claims that St. Mary staff failed to properly supervise and care for Salvadore, allegedly resulting in his death. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Vansciver v. Mary Medical Center.
