On July 9, 2017, plaintiff Jennifer Hoffman, 39, was driving in stop-and-go traffic on Susquehanna Road, at its intersection with Edge Hill Road, in Abington. The rear of her vehicle was struck by the front of a trailing vehicle driven by Heidi Fitzgerald. Hoffman claimed neck injuries.
