Chestnut Hill Hospital LLC and other defendants were slapped with a wrongful death lawsuit on March 31 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action, which accuses the defendants of medical malpractice, was brought by Schatz, Steinberg & Klayman on behalf of the Estate of Frances Louise Dickerson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is Dickerson v. Chestnut Hill Hospital.
