National law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott has welcomed Elaine M. Ross as a member in the professional liability practice group.
She joins the firm's Philadelphia office from Rawle & Henderson, where she was a partner, and brings with her over 25 years of litigation experience. Ross is a litigator with jury trial experience. She defends hospitals, physicians, nurses, long-term care providers and corporate entities in complex medical cases with high exposure.
Additionally, Ross previously served as managing partner of McCumber, Daniels, Buntz, Hartig, Puig & Ross' Pennsylvania office.
