On April 14, the solo personal injury attorney and prolific social media poster evaded motions from Penn Medicine seeking to rein in his posting and initiate disciplinary proceedings against him for his videos criticizing the hospital. Bosworth claimed that the motions were “blatantly unconstitutional” and a “request to muzzle me.”
