Michael A. Salvati, shareholder in the casualty department in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been selected to serve a five-year term on the civil jury instructions subcommittee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
The subcommittee is charged with maintaining, overseeing and updating the commonwealth of Pennsylvania's standard civil jury instructions as facilitated and published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The instructions are essential to trial judges across the state.
Salvati joined Marshall Dennehey in 2012 and devotes his practice to the defense of products liability, premises liability, and other personal injury claims.
