On Dec. 30, 2019, plaintiff Kathryn Corcetti, 77, a marketer, was driving on Route 22 in Monroeville. While stopped at a red light, the rear of her sedan was struck by the front of a trailing sport utility vehicle driven by Michael Trombola, who was traveling 40 mph. Corcetti claimed head injuries.
