Edgehill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center and other defendants were slapped with a medical malpractice lawsuit on April 18 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action was brought by the Wieand Law Firm on behalf of Keith Andrews, Wanda Andrews and Dorothy Andrews. The complaint contends that Dorothy sustained injuries from a fall at Edgehill due to the defendants' negligence. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230401718, Andrews v. Pennsylvania Ltc, Inc.
