Accentcare Inc., Southeastern Health Services of Pennsylvania LLC and other defendants were hit with a wrongful death lawsuit on April 17 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action, which accuses the defendants of medical malpractice, was brought by the Law Offices of Judy Greenwood on behalf of the Estate of Richard Weller. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230401540, Barends v. Accentcare, Inc.
