Home construction company NVR, its subsidiary Ryan Homes Inc. and other defendants were slapped with a personal injury lawsuit on April 19 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court case was filed by Fritz & Bianculli on behalf of Silvio Fernandes Pinto and Marilsa Teodoro Da Costa Pinto. The case contends that plaintiff Silvio Fernandes Pinto was injured by improperly secured trusses on the defendants' premises. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230401954, Fernandes Pinto v. Longwood Preserve LLC.
