Blank Rome filed a trade secrets lawsuit on April 19 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County on behalf of luxury real estate brokerage TCS Black Label Realty LLC and parent company the Condo Shop LLC. The suit target a group of former Black Label employees and Serhant Pennsylvania LLC, the former employees’ competing brokerage. The court case alleges that the former employees stole the plaintiffs’ clients and personnel; took down certain Black Label real estate listings and reposted them as Serhant’s; ‘sabotaged’ Black Label’s social media accounts; and emptied Black Label’s client database, leaving the company ‘completely unable to operate.’ Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230401929, Tcs Black Label Realty LLC v. Serhant Pennsylvania LLC.
