Temple University, Temple Physicians Inc. and other defendants were slapped with a malpractice lawsuit on April 19 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action was brought by Ostroff Law on behalf of Margarita Morales and Robert Morales. The suit pursues claims that the defendants failed to diagnose plaintiff Margarita Morales' mammary cancer, and that the delayed diagnosis created the need for invasive surgery. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230401972, Morales v. Power.
