Lamb McErlane announced that partner Mary-Ellen H. Allen recently presented at Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) Spring Bench Bar Conference.
Her presentation included recent employment law updates including the Federal Trade Commission's proposed rule regarding non-compete agreements, the National Labor Relations Board's recent decision regarding confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions in severance agreements, as well as updates regarding discrimination and overtime laws.
She co-presented with Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees partner Brian Boreman.
