On Nov. 24, 2017, plaintiff Bernetta Gethers, 33, was stopped while driving in the 2800 block of Cheltenham Avenue, in Philadelphia. The rear of her vehicle was struck by the front of a trailing vehicle driven by Laishah Holloman. Gethers claimed neck and back injuries.
