Lamb McErlane partner Daniel R. Bush was recently a presenter at the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) Spring Bench Bar Conference.
Bush presented the Criminal Law Update at the conference. Co-presenting with him was Judge Allison Bell Royer and Chester County District Attorney Chief of Staff Andrea Cardamone.
Bush also moderated a panel discussion between Royer and Cardamone that included various current topics and developments facing the Chester County Criminal Justice community. The event was well attended by numerous Chester County practitioners.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
