The Archdiocese of Philadelphia was sued on May 1 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The suit, over alleged sexual assault, was brought by Kline & Specter. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 230500026, R.D. v. Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
