Law firm Norris McLaughlin PA and attorney Richard B. Somach were slapped with a malpractice lawsuit on April 28 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action was brought by Shrager & Sachs on behalf of West Coast Servicing Inc. The suit pursues claims that the defendants failed to properly represent the plaintiff in underlying foreclosure proceedings. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230500011, West Coast Servicing Inc. v. Norris McLaughlin P.A.
