Elected and Appointed
The Community Legal Services of Philadelphia (CLS) announced its three new board members: Eric Yoon, Emilia McKee Vassallo and Ronald Lewis.
Yoon is a trial and appellate lawyer in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Yoon focuses his practice on a wide range of complex litigation and international arbitration matters, with an emphasis on cross-border commercial matters, particularly anti-competitive, regulatory and policy issues.
Yoon has experience in foreign county judgment recognition and enforcement, including the use of various U.S. procedures for asset discovery, restraint and execution. In addition, as a native Korean speaker, Yoon regularly represents Korean companies doing business in the United States.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
