A federal judge partially granted and partially denied a production company’s motion to dismiss counterclaims by the Franciscan University of Steubenville, in response to the companies’ lawsuit.

In the May 10 opinion, U.S. District Judge W. Scott Hardy of the Western District of Pennsylvania allowed two of the Franciscan University of Steubenville’s counterclaims against Runaway Records Production to stand, while dismissing its request for declaratory judgment.
