A Chester County jury returned a $3.6 million verdict on May 12 in a dispute between a father's ticket-selling agency and a competing business started by his son.
Counsel for plaintiff Home & Away Entertainment Inc., owned by Paul Conaway, persuaded the jury to find that defendant Jeremi Conaway stole from and violated his fiduciary duty to his father's business.
