Revolution Ice Rink sued Santanna Natural Gas d/b/a Santanna Energy Services on May 23 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Bucks County over a contract dispute. According to the complaint, after Revolution entered an energy contract with non-party Constellation NewEnergy, Santanna induced a Revolution employee to enter a different contract with Santanna, causing Constellation to cancel its contract with Revolution. The suit further accuses Santanna of failing to properly notify Revolution about an energy rate increase. The suit was brought by Schenck Price Smith & King. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2023-02987, Revolution Ice Rink LLC v. Santanna Natural Gas Corp.
