Some of his recent accomplishments include welcoming 75 lateral partners across offices and practices; opening offices in Chicago and Orange County; surpassing $500 million in revenue and one million hours for the first time in 2021 and continued upward trajectory in 2022.
He significantly increased revenues and profitability each year over the past four years, leading to record performances. He hired full-time director of D&I and senior D&I specialist; hired the firm's first chief innovation & value officer and implemented annual Innovation Challenge to drive new ideas focused on enhanced client service.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
