Elected and Appointed
Eastburn and Gray attorney Jennifer Donaldson was recently named a member of two committees at the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), including: the PBA legal services for exceptional children committee and the PBA children's rights committee.
Donaldson's practice includes school law, special education law, employment law and litigation. She began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor in Philadelphia and has been representing school districts and their employees in all aspects of school law for the past 17 years.
Donaldson fields questions and counsels school administrators on various regulatory compliance issues relating to their daily needs and works hand-in-hand with those leaders to assist with improving the educational programs and services within the schools.
