In 2022, West Feinstein worked on a high-profile, hard-fought opioid case. She served as one of the lead trial lawyers in the first case to go to trial against the drug manufacturers, which resulted in a full defense verdict for her client.
This litigation was complicated, high-stakes and highly emotional, and in the first trial, the plaintiffs were seeking more than $50 billion. West Feinstein exhibited the highest caliber of trial skills. She is a strategic thinker and a practical problem solver. She exhibited remarkable collaboration skills within a large, diverse defense group made up of lawyers from many top law firms.
