Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin announced that environmental law chair Steven A. Hann spoke about stormwater-related issues at a recent national webinar for HalfMoon Education Inc., titled "NPDES Stormwater Management Program 2023."
During his presentation, Hann provided a statutory and regulatory overview of stormwater management and NPDES stormwater permitting in the United States, and discussed specific stormwater requirements for municipal entities, as well as for industrial and construction sites.
He also discussed other related topics, such as stormwater impact on TMDLs, national stormwater fee litigation and PFAS-related stormwater issues.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
