Kline & Specter filed a medical malpractice lawsuit on May 31 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County against Foot & Ankle Center Physical Therapy, Main Line Hospitals and other defendants. The suit pursues claims on behalf of a plaintiff who alleges that he suffered gangrene and complications requiring foot amputation after the defendants performed elective foot surgery without a proper work-up. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230503211, Lewis vs. Tachna et al.
