Cramer has made a name for himself in cases involving claims under the “rule of reason” or Section 2 of the Sherman Act. In Marchbanks Truck Service v. Comdata Network, he triumphed in a rule of reason antitrust matter on behalf of a class of independent truck stops against the issuer of a trucker fleet card and large chain truck stops, resolving the matter as co-lead counsel for $130 million.

He is now co-lead counsel in UFC Antitrust Litigation, Le v. Zuffa, in which he is representing a proposed class of mixed-martial-arts fighters against the parent of the UFC, challenging an alleged anticompetitive scheme to suppress fighter compensation. And in Castro v. Sanofi Pasteur, he successfully settled a case for $61.5 million brought on behalf of a class of physicians challenging Sanofi Pasteur with monopolizing the market for certain pediatric vaccines.
