Lamb McErlane announced that Melissa A. Rheinstadter has joined the firm as an associate in its municipal law department.
Rheinstadter is based in the firm's West Chester location.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, she was an associate at Horst Krekstein & Runyon. There, she prepared written discovery responses, case analysis, preliminary objections and conducted policy and contract evaluations.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
