On Feb. 3, 2020, plaintiff Angela Robinson, 58, was walking near the intersection of 41 Street and Powelton Avenue in West Philadelphia. Robinson claimed that she was struck by a minivan driven by Lorraine Durham. Robinson claimed neck and back injuries.
