Uebler Law has welcomed Joyce L. Collier to the firm as a partner.
In her practice, Collier will continue to advise executives, managers educators, physicians, sales professionals, and other attorneys with respect to contract and transition issues as well as matters relating to discrimination, whistleblower law and restrictive covenants.
Collier will also partner with Uebler Law founder Julie Uebler to litigate employment claims and hold employers accountable for their illegal conduct in the workplace.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
