Kehner has spent most of her career shaping the Pennsylvania bar in numerous ways. Currently, she is a trial attorney/partner at DTO Law, and continues to serve as a member of the Third Circuit Lawyers’ Advisory Committee and an adjunct at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

More recently she has served as counsel to the U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia, and in the years spent educating future generations of lawyers at Penn Law and Widener Law. In these roles, Alison quietly but tirelessly worked behind the scenes to make a difference. While she wasn’t the one quoted in newspapers or at the microphone during press conferences, Kehner’s work was instrumental in effecting substantial and needed change in Pennsylvania.
