A devoted advocate for cancer victims, an empowering role model for others, and a dependable ally for vulnerable communities, attorney Deihl's immeasurable worth is multifaceted. Her dedication to our clients and the community is often behind-the-scenes, and I am proud to bring it the forefront.
As a partner and head of our Pittsburgh office representing victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases, she touches all aspects of more than 50 cases per month and prepares 20 cases a year for trial.
Going even further than her position requires, Deihl works behind-the-scenes to regularly prepare wills and powers-of-attorney for clients and their families—all at no cost to them. She noticed the need and took the initiative, giving our clients the peace of mind they so desperately seek while fighting their diagnosis.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
