A former Fox Rothschild client is accusing a former office administrator at the firm of stealing more than $20,000 from him by obtaining personal records that allowed her to steal his identity, according to a lawsuit filed against the firm Monday in New Jersey federal court.

Plaintiff Abuchi Raymond Wealth said former office administrator Kristen Amabile, who was let go by the firm in February 2022 after stealing from the immigration practice group co-chair, represented Wealth in his effort to renew his visa status despite her status as a non-attorney.
