Beck focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients in employment and labor law matters, and is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, including depositions, mediation, arbitration and trial.
He draws on experience representing clients in general civil litigation and medical malpractice matters, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and cross-examination material, and participating in depositions, trial preparation and motion hearings.
