Universal Health Services filed a trade secret lawsuit against Rachel Legend, Ross Friedman and other defendants on June 13 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Montgomery County. The suit, filed by Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart, accuses the defendants of misappropriating trade secrets and confidential information in their new roles with competitor Recovery Centers of America. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023-14661, UHS of Delaware Inc. v. Legend et al.
