On Dec. 12, 2019, plaintiff Meldrick Taylor, 53, a pastor, was driving on Kensington Avenue, near its intersection with Somerset Street, in Northeast Philadelphia. The rear of his sedan was struck by the front of a trailing car driven by Benjamin Auerbach. Taylor claimed a neck injury.
