The University of Pittsburgh was sued on June 14 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Allegheny County. The court action was filed by Scanlon & Wojton on behalf of a student who sustained injuries due to a tree limb falling on her. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is GD-23-007464, Scott v. University of Pittsburgh.
