Lamb McErlane recently welcomed Daniel L. Sulvetta to its litigation group in the firm's West Chester and Philadelphia offices.
Sulvetta concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, primarily in state and federal courts, on cases involving property damage, business and contract disputes, asset and expenditure recovery, and subrogation.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, he primarily assisted clients in the transportation sector, including freight railroads and trucking companies. He has also been a summer law clerk for U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
