Stradley Ronon Stevens and Young announced that Philadelphia senior counsel Bennett G. Picker has been reappointed as an international mediator for the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) international mediator panel.
The SIMC is one of the world's leading and earliest dedicated international mediation centers, with appointed mediators who bring a high level of experience and professionalism to the mediation of international commercial disputes.
A nomination to the SIMC panel aims to grow the adoption of mediation as the preferred dispute resolution choice and that the mediator's participation will help mediate even more cross-border disputes.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
