Defense: Mail Carrier Provoked Dog attack
On March 19, 2020, plaintiff Phillip Calhoun, a mail carrier, was speaking with Jennilee Valorie after delivering her mail in McKeesport. Calhoun claimed that Valorie's German shepherd escaped from her house and attacked him, biting him on his hand and arms.
