Lamb McErlane partner James Sargent was a course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's (PBI) program titled "Advanced Appellate Advocacy, Presenting Complex Appeals in the PA Courts," on June 13.
The program included a panel of experienced appellate attorneys composed of course planners Rob Byer of Duane Morris (Pittsburgh) and Kim Watterson of Reed Smith (Pittsburgh) and Sargent.
Additionally, there was a judicial panel composed of Justice David N. Wecht of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Judge Victor P. Stabile of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and Judge Ellen H. Ceisler of Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
