Even though we’re a few years out from the pandemic, a lot still remains uncertain. The threat of recession continues to loom. Questions about real estate, staffing and office space also continue to shift in light of the seemingly ever-evolving hybrid work environment. But through it all, Pennsylvania firms have continued to cut a steady path despite the turbulence.

With all credit to law firm leadership, the Pennsylvania legal community has emerged largely unscathed from the layoffs that plagued firms elsewhere across the country over the past year. And many Pennsylvania firms also created and held onto more revenue than their competitors outside the Keystone state.
