Becton Dickinson, a medical device maker, and CR Bard Inc. were slapped with a product liability lawsuit Thursday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The court case was brought by Berger Montague and Dickerson Oxton on behalf of a patient who was allegedly injured by a defective Bard PowerPort Implantable Port. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-01088, Mower v. Becton, Dickinson and Company et al.
