Robert W. Stanko joins Kleinbard LLC as a partner in the litigation department.
He joins Kleinbard from Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin. Prior to Marshall Dennehey, Stanko was clerk to the former Chief Justice Thomas G. Saylor of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
He has spent the entirety of his career in civil litigation and has earned a reputation as an advocate. Stanko works closely with his clients to develop practical and cost-effective ways in which to protect their interests, manage risk, and eliminate exposure.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
